Go From "Over-The-Top" to Submarine!
In this video I demonstrate how to use a practice station and drill/sensation to fix the dreaded "over the top" move.
The cause of the over the top comes from starting the downswing with the upper body and right arm/shoulder which "throws" the club away from your body and the right shoulder is too high at impact. The arms have to FOLLOW the body. They should not lead in the downswing!
Practice this drill, build your practice station, develop that in-to-out path with clubface and body rotation and you will see an improved ball flight!
